Treasure Island – Catalina Grand
The condo’s at Catalina Grand are 4000 sf and overlook the Gulf of Mexico on the west side and the bay waters on the east. Interior upgrades to the trim work have been a popular addition to many of the units. Crown molding, Custom columns, custom window trim, door trim and arched top door trim have been added to several units.
